Based in the Midlands with an ever growing established workforce of over 40 key individuals all of whom are highly skilled and experienced in the trade. With their Head Office based in Solihull, Midlands and regional locational sub-divisions S J Hancock Ltd have worked all over the UK also employing local bricklayers and tradesmen as and when required thus embracing the L.E.P. initiative.
The scope of work carried out by S J Hancock Limited is varied from individual new build dwellings to major commercial projects including lift shafts, schools, hospitals, office units and warehouse units. The Managing Directors and their strong bricklaying workforce pride themselves in all the work they carry out and offer the very best in brickwork, blockwork and stonework construction services. They have over the years been employed by a number of the Country's leading Contractors and through reputation and expertise their Client portfolio continues to grow from strength to strength in an ever challenging economic climate.
Current Projects
Our Current Projects Section as suggests is a selection of our ongoing commitments to which currently sees the Company undertaking the construction of 2 completely separate and individual Nursing Care Homes alongside one of which can be seen the construction of 5 accompanying separate Nursing Home Apartments in stonework. Work is also now underway in the construction of 9 Apartments in NW London
